Some great news for resellers who love selling iTEAM connectivity. We use RADIUS authentication and can now offer you your own personalised PPPoE client authentication format. It is a small tweak, but it makes a big difference in how “owned and operated” your service feels to the client.

Same authentication backend, just a cleaner and more “yours” username structure.

The “@example_company” part is customised per reseller so your installs look like your own infrastructure.
