Introducing FibREX

FibREX gives your clients a fibre primary and a fibre backup in a failover configuration. That means happier clients, stronger uptime, and better SLA’s between you and your client.

FibREX requirements

In order for us to support your FibREX needs, both Link Africa (LA) and DFA need to be feasible at the same location. Checking this manually can be time-consuming, so we have made it extremely easy by adding FibREX to our Feasibilities Map.

FibREX feasibility check

  1. Login to the iTEAM Portal
    Login URL: https://contact.iteam.co.za
  2. Navigate to iTEAM Services → Internet Feasibility
  3. Type the client address into the feasibility search
  4. Click the correct address and check the FibREX feasibility result
